You’re covered… here’s how it works. Just bring your glasses back to us for any reason within 30 days and we will refund or replace your glasses at no charge. Bring your frames to us in their original condition and we will take care of the rest…either fixing them, replacing them or refunding your money. If you have a quality problem with a frame we will replace it at no charge for an entire year (excludes damage caused by improper handling or care).
